A rep for the couple tells Entertainment Weekly that they remain on "great terms" and "remain focused" on coparenting their two sons, Lazlo, 8, and Sid, 12.
PEOPLE reported via a source that Biggs and Mollen are "very much connected" and "doing great," and were recently together with family for Biggs' 48th birthday on May 12.
"I have no doubt that they will remain on excellent terms," the source added.

Though Biggs and Mollen remain fairly private on social media, the couple has shared a few intimate moments online. The Angel actress shared a black-and-white photo with Biggs on Instagram for his 47th birthday last May.
"This is a pic of us at your surprise thirtieth," she wrote. "We were married and yet I still knew practically nothing about you. Like for example, the fact that you hate surprises. Luckily, we made it past that hurdle. Happy 47th, I promise I planned nothing."
The actors met on the set of My Best Friend's Girl and got engaged in January 2008. The two initially eloped in April and had a second wedding ceremony with family and friends in July 2008 in Napa, Calif.
