Last night, all eyes were on the Met Gala red carpet. The world’sbiggest stars descended upon the red carpet, dressed by fashion’s greatest designers. Attendees danced around the multifaceted theme of “Fashion as Art,” some adhering more than others, with all sorts of ostentatious ensembles. But the end of the gala does not signify the end of the evening. That’s when the after parties kick off—and their only theme is to dress to impress.
Most after-party attendees embraced a more casual look than those of the main event. Take, for instance, Kendall Jenner. She stuck with the same designer, Zac Posen, for Gap Studio, and wore a toned-down version of her red carpet gown. This one also featured a sculpted bodice, but this time with a silk midi skirt and matching scarf, all in a champagne hue. Hailey Bieber wore a white mini dress by a designer featured heavily in the “Costume Art” exhibit, Dilara Findikoglu. Louisa Jacobson wore Findikoglu too, her look a strapless, metallic mini.
The night also saw Hunter Schafer in a gauzy, tulle mini dress covered in what looked almost like inkblots from British designer Steve O. Smith. Olivia Rodrigo turned up in one of the few vintage ensembles of the night, selecting a crochet mini dress from Vivienne Westwood’s Fall 1994 runway collection. Chase Infiniti swapped her colorful Thom Browne for a chartreuse silk slip from New York–based Delphine. Then, A$AP Rocky seemingly had the most fun in a sequined jacket from Chanel’s Fall 2026 collection, paired with a lavender knit, a plaid overshirt, jeans, and loafers.
Ahead, we’ve rounded up all of our favorite celebrity looks from the 2026 Met Gala afters.
