Nykyforov said Zelenskyy plans to meet with Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda and Denmark’s acting PM Mette Frederiksen. A trilateral meeting is also expected with European Council President António Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.
Politico reported that an informal leaders’ dinner on Cyprus, originally to focus on the war in the Middle East and energy issues, is now expected to center on support for Ukraine after EU members moved ahead with the EUR90 billion loan program and new Russia sanctions.
