We're used to seeing Michelle Keegan dressed to the nines at a glamorous event or gracing the red carpet at awards shows like the BAFTAs, but on Wednesday, the British actress had a rather candid update for fans.
Talking to her Instagram account, the Our Girl star, 38, shared a glimpse of her gruelling workout regime in her state-of-the-art home gym inside her £3.5 million Essex mansion.
"@viphq.essex didn't take any of my excuses today. For the record, this was my last set of 4…my arms were dead."
Looking simply gorgeous for her workout, Michelle rocked a halterneck gym top and black leggings, completing her ensemble with Alo socks and beige trainers.
While we couldn't cope with just how flawless the Mancunian actress looked even when in the middle of a sweat session, what also took front and centre was the interior of her glamorous gym.
The stylish room is covered in vertical panelling and reflects the rest of Michelle and her husband, Mark Wright's, decadent home, with an elegant herringbone floor.
Michelle and her Essex-based trainer were surrounded by exercise machines and a long rack full of dumbbells.

The couple, who married in 2015, have spent years building their dream home in Mark's home county, and now, their palatial home rivals nothing short of a luxury resort in Ibiza.
As well as the aforementioned gym, their glamorous home features a sauna, steam room, and cinema room. One of the most decadent features of their lavish home is their dual bathroom featured in the master bedroom.
The couple's his-and-hers master bathroom could easily be mistaken for a five-star spa, with features including a free-standing bath, dual sinks, a steam and sauna room, plus a rainfall walk-in shower.
Other incredible details in their home are their ultra-chic home bar, which is made in a bespoke "honey onyx" marble, and pool aread which looks nothing short of a beach club in Marbella.
